Personal instructions for after your death Start with a conversation
ANY LAST WORDS?Tell us privately

YOUR WORDS. YOUR WAY.

Have the
last word.

Personal messages and appearances,
arranged for after your death.

A final roast. A private letter.
Something only you could say.

Tell us privately See how it works

An ivory envelope with a burgundy ALW wax seal emerges from a black jacket pocket. It opens to reveal a letter, which settles on a black leather blotter over dark walnut. A fountain pen writes: I will always love you. An illustrative message.

ONE LETTER. ONE POSSIBLE FINAL WORD.

SOMETHING LEFT TO SAY.

01 / WHAT’S POSSIBLE

Not everything
needs an audience.

You decide what you want to happen after you die.
We help preserve your carefully approved instructions and arrange for them to be carried out.

01

For a room.

A final roast. A favourite story. A farewell that sounds unmistakably like you.

02

For one person.

A private letter, audio or video. An apology, a thank-you or a keepsake delivered in person.

03

Entirely yours.

A future gift. A symbolic action. A bespoke appearance. An idea that needs a little explaining.

Possibilities, not packages. Every request is assessed individually.

SOMETHING WORTH CONTINUING.

Her birthday still comes every year.
Your flowers can too.

Arrange a finite series of flowers, letters, gifts or messages to be delivered on birthdays, anniversaries or other agreed dates after you're gone.

You decide what is sent, when it happens, how many times, what message goes with it and what we should do if circumstances change.

Planned in advance. Finite, funded and subject to your approved delivery instructions.

Scheduled Legacy Delivery · Final commercial and funding terms are still being established.

MORE THAN ONE THING TO SAY

Different people.
Different words.

You don’t have to fit everything into one moment. Each Final Word has its own approved instructions, recipient, timing and way of being carried out.

Make a plan for each
01

For the room.

The speech that ends with everyone laughing.

A SPEECH
02

Just for your daughter.

A private letter. In your exact words.

A LETTER
03

For your oldest mate.

One more story, told in your own voice.

A RECORDING

Illustrative examples. Where the work can be shared, the planning can be too.

An unknown black-clad figure stands quietly beside a black car, at a distance in an Australian landscape

02 / A LITTLE STAGE DIRECTION

And then there’s
your idea.

A particular suit. An unusual arrival.
A stranger who stands at a distance,
says one line and leaves.

The words matter.
So can the way they arrive.

Explore the possibilities

An illustrative scene. Individually assessed, with safety, access and permission agreed.

03 / A PLAN YOU APPROVE

Something left unsaid.
Nothing left unclear.

A human conversation. Your exact instructions. A plan for what matters most, and what happens if the original idea can’t go ahead.

How it works
01

Plan it together.

In person, by video or over the phone. We assess your idea, agree the detail and prepare a record for your approval.

02

Keep it current.

Ongoing care has an agreed period and scope. Your approved instructions, notification routes and delivery funding are considered separately.

03

Arrange the delivery.

After verification and the required checks, the agreed plan can proceed—or an alternative you approved beforehand.

A handwritten letter reads ‘I wish I’d told you sooner,’ with ‘but…’ partly concealed beneath the ivory envelope’s edge, beside a charcoal folio

YOUR WORDS. YOUR COPY.

A record worth
holding on to.

You approve the exact instruction and receive your own current copy. Your choices, essential details and agreed alternatives belong in the record—not in someone’s memory.

Physical presentation concept. Materials and inclusions will be confirmed before any offer.

04 / CLEAR BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Start with a conversation.
Then a clear quote.

Planning now, ongoing care and eventual delivery are separate parts of the service. You should know what you’re paying for.

05 / A MATTER OF TRUST

Private by default.

Your instructions aren’t entertainment.

01

You approve the instructions.

Your exact approved record stays distinct from any proposed changes.

02

You keep a copy.

Your instructions should not exist only in someone else’s filing system.

03

Your story stays yours.

No marketing use of your identity, message or delivery without explicit permission.

A little more about privacy

THE PERSON BEHIND THE IDEA

Founder-led.
Built to stand on its own.

ANY LAST WORDS? is being built to carry out carefully approved instructions after someone dies. What happens should reflect you; the plan must also account for who is available to carry it out.

About ALW

06 / BEFORE YOU ASK

Fair questions.

Including the one about still being alive in forty years.

All questions
Do I have to be dying?

No. Ideally, we’d prefer you weren’t. ALW is for customers aged 18 and over. You do not need to share medical information in your first enquiry.

What if I live another 40 years?

We hope you do. Planning, ongoing care and future delivery are separate. The care period, reviews, renewal costs and delivery funding must be explained before you commit. One payment is not an unconditional lifetime promise.

How will you know I’ve died?

The intended approach is to plan more than one notification route, including acknowledged people and professional arrangements where accepted. No method guarantees we will learn before a funeral. Reports must be checked before any delivery is authorised; we do not automatically release messages.

What if you find out too late?

Every time-critical instruction needs an alternative you approve while planning. That could be a later private delivery, a memorial, another agreed format or no delivery. We do not invent a meaningful substitute after your death.

Can I choose who delivers it?

You can request a representative whose presentation suits the instruction — discreet, traditional, alternative, understated or something more specific. A particular person can be a preference. Suitability, availability and permitted substitutes must be agreed beforehand; we do not guarantee a particular person’s attendance.
