An instruction might bring a room to laughter, put a keepsake into someone’s hands or mark a birthday with flowers. The responsibility is the same: understand the request, record it carefully and agree how it can be carried out.
This is a new Australian service, initially focused on the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle. We are developing the operating arrangements before taking on active instructions. We do not claim a client history we haven’t earned.

ANY LAST WORDS? is being designed to continue beyond one person’s image, personality or physical availability.
Your voice. An agreed plan.
The service belongs to ANY LAST WORDS?, with an appropriate representative assigned to an agreed request. A particular representative can be a preference, but the plan must account for availability and approved alternatives.
Some things we won’t do.
We will not knowingly lie for you. We will not accept racist material, attacks targeting people on religious grounds, gang-related assignments, threats, encouragement of violence, unlawful content or dangerous instructions.
Serious factual allegations about living people may require evidence, additional review or legal advice before acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any request. Representative safety takes precedence over theatrical preferences.
Discretion is part of the job.
Your identity, message, recording and delivery are not marketing material without your explicit permission. We ask for only a broad outline at the first enquiry, and explain handling arrangements before accepting sensitive material.
Human, without the spotlight.
You should know who you are dealing with before making a commitment. Business identity, responsible contact details and the service agreement must be available before paid work starts. Personal residential details and private social accounts have no place in that process.
